We’re back in the beautiful Slanghoek Valley for our next race. Please note our new registration and parking venue at Eike Saal.

RACE UPDATE!!!
We are including a 40km Fun Ride as part of this event. Details have been added below. So if you’re not sure about racing in the league, at least you can come and enjoy the beautiful Slanghoek Valley in a more relaxed ride, yet still with the full support of a league race.
WP Road Racing League – Appeltiser Road Grabouw
European style racing comes to the tip of Africa – this twisting circuit has it all. Fast downhills, a lung bursting climb and a short flat section to regather your humour.

WP Road Racing League – Slanghoek
7 City Cycling & Athletic Club are travelling all the way from Cape Town to be the hosts of this WP Cycling Road League event.
Atlantis – League Race 2
The 7.7 kilometre Atlantis circuit can be described as the The Fastest Flattest road race in the Cape. This is the second of our league races for the 2023 season
Please ensure that you choose the correct category to race in. Please familiarise yourself with the criteria for the categories.
Youth Categories
Entries for the Youth Ages (U/15, U/17 and U/19) will be accepted for this race
Kelfords – Family Cycle Fest
This event was initially was going to take place in the suburb of Duynefontein on the West Coast but the Cyclopaths Cycling Club have stepped up to the plate to take ownership of the date and the event. Incorporated into the Kelfords – Cycle Family Fest – will be the WP Cycling Road Racing League. The event will be dedicated to raise funds for Youth Cycling in the greater Cape Town area.
Racing on the 27th May will cater for all Youth Age categories, Women, Cat 1,2,3 and Open.

Online entries received before midnight on THURSDAY 24 May will receive a discount of R70 per rider. After this time online entries will close and late registration will only be possible on the day at the event.
The event forms part of the WP Road Racing League 2018.
- Juniors and Development cyclist – entry fee R50. Please note that the names of Development cyclists must be forwarded to cyclopathsclub@gmail.com before the event takes place.
- Open Race entry fees – R100
Juniors, Development and Open participants must report and register at the dedicated table for these events. The registration tables will be clearly marked.

Cat 1 – 1st place R800 , 2nd R600, 3rd R400
Cat 2 – 1st place R700 , 2nd R500 , 3rd R300
Cat 3 – 1st place R600 , 2nd R400 , 3rd R200
Women – 1st R800, 2nd R600 , 3rd R400.

WP Road Racing League – Atlantis
The 7.7 kilometre Atlantis circuit can be described as the The Fastest Flattest road race in the Cape. All sprinters will be duty to gain valuable points in their categories. Early online registration closes on the 14th June.
Please ensure that you choose the correct category to race in. Please familiarise yourself with the criteria for the categories.

Slent Road TTT – League Race 4 – 2025
SLENT ROAD TEAM TIME TRIAL
Its that time of year again where we test your legs before the start of Winter. Come and practice your ability to ride as a group by entering a team into the 60km team time trial.
Teams of 6 riders will tackle the cir
cuit twice with the time for the team being recorded when the 4th rider crosses the finish line.
All riders must enter individually and Team Captains or a nominated member must email the Team Name and the names of all team members to sue@myriadevents.co.za
Teams must consist of at least 4 riders and a maximum of 6. If you would like to take part, but don’t have a full team, please send an email to Sue who will try and match you up with suitable riders.
Entries will open on 1 April so get chatting to your friends and get those teams together.
